Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Agent to join a leading commercial team in Coventry and Warwickshire.
  
Location: Coventry Office
The role will cover the West Midlands, Warwickshire, and Leicestershire, but is based in a central agency commercial hub.

Over the past five years, the company has grown to nearly 150 staff and consultants spread across 16 offices, from Nuneaton in Warwickshire and Pershore in South Worcestershire to Oadby in Leicestershire.
  
With roots dating back more than 180 years, they boast extensive local knowledge and maintain strong relationships with many local professional advisors. The company plays a pivotal role in the communities it serves.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Handling agency enquiries from applicants and clients
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating lettings and sales
• Conducting market appraisals and securing new business
• Ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations for clients and applicants
• Preparing property particulars and floor plans
• Listing properties, organizing advertising, and coordinating the erection of agency boards
• Liaising with other property professionals and online portals
• Negotiating deals, including client/applicant liaison and preparation of Heads of Terms/Memo of Sale
• Organizing and conducting property viewings
• Supporting the commercial agency across all branches
• Managing transactions to legal completion
• Preparing pipeline figures

  
Knowledge/Experience:

• Previous experience in lettings and/or sales
• Commercial property experience preferred
• The company supports training and development towards obtaining professional qualifications, such as Assoc RICS/MRICS

  
Skills:

• Proactive and self-sufficient
• Confident with strong negotiation skills
• Client-focused with good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Well-organized with excellent prioritization abilities
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Team player with enthusiasm
• Full driving licence and use of a car for business purposes
