Lettings Manager

Daniel Owen are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Lettings Manager, within the London area.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections and valuations
• Oversee a small team responsible for the marketing and letting of residential properties.
• Generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Provide clients with advice on individual property disposals.
• Develop presentation models to enhance client reporting.
• Cultivate valuation skills and participate in Red Book portfolio valuations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

• ARLA Property mark degree or similar;
• Administrative experience and a high degree of IT literacy;
• Attention to detail, able to demonstrate initiative;
• Ability to manage the team and work closely with Partners and chartered surveyors;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal);
• Able to cope under pressure and multi-task ensuring that workload is prioritised;
• Experience in dealing with complaints and great problem-solving skills;
• Ability and experience in sourcing new business.
