SalaryDove and Hawk are working alongside a luxury, market leading boutique agency based in Prime Central London. They are looking for a Lettings Manager to bolster their already exceptional Letting team.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative professional with outstanding client management skills and extensive experience in landlord relations. It is also essential that you have experience working in Prime Central London.
Responsibilities:
- Secure quality property instructions to meet business targets
- Identify potential tenants and negotiate rentals of properties
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the district and contemporary property values, while keeping abreast of local competition
- Conduct accurate research and present findings professionally.
- Ensure efficient and professional deal management through effective communication
- Maintain a prominent presence in the community to generate client referrals
- Cultivate trust and confidentiality with both prospective and existing clients to uphold the professional image of the Partnership.
Requirements of the role
- Experience as a Manager in Prime Central London
- Track record of securing business
- Proactive personality, enthusiastic about expanding market share, self-motivated individual
- Capable of leading their team effectively.

Salary: £40K Basic, £85-£100K OTE
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
