My client is seeking an ambitious candidate to join their Commercial Property team within their growing, successful firm.
The opportunity
- Commercial Property Assistant/paralegal role
- Full time, permanent position
- Salary from £20,000 to £25,000 based on experience.
- Hybrid working available after a probation period.
- Warrington based
The role will consist of you supporting the Commercial Property partner with their varied caseload of Commercial Property matters.
 The caseload will predominately consist of sale and purchase, leases, tenant and landlord files.
The candidate
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience assisting with Commercial Property matters.
You must also be highly committed to the position and be able to work proactively and efficiently, individually and as part of a team.
