My client is seeking a passionate candidate to join their Commercial Property team within their growing, successful firm.
The position is full time, permanent and they are offering a salary from £19,000 – £24,000 depending on experience. Located in Chester, this experienced firm is offering a range of benefits including a genuine competitive salary, and a hybrid working model for the right candidate after their probation period.
The role will consist of you supporting the fee earners with progressing their case load of Commercial Property matters. Alongside secretarial duties, the tasks will involve, opening files, finalising completion statements, completing and submitting SDLT and other varied responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6/12 months experience assisting with Commercial Property matters. You must be highly committed to the position and be able to work proactively and efficiently, individually and as part of a team.
