As a Commercial Property Assistant, your main responsibility is to assist Fee Earners within the Commercial Property team and contribute to the department's operations. You are expected to exercise a considerable level of self-management and initiative. Furthermore, you are required to function as part of a team and adhere to established practices and procedures regarding compliance and quality standards.
If successful, you will perform the following role:
* Processing tasks in Digital Dictation.
* Requesting searches.
* AML Checks
* Land registry applications.
* Deal with incoming correspondence.
* Provide support tom the fee earners.
* File opening and closing.
To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:
* Commercial or Residential Property experience.
* Knowledge of conveyancing process.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills.
