The Job:
Joining a well-established law firm, as Commercial Property Lawyer you will manage a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions, landlord and tenant matters, and other related work. You will provide legal advice and support to clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing caseload and advising on range of matters relating to Commercial Property
- Undertaking necessary research to provide accurate legal advice and deliver a high standard of client care
- Drafting and negotiating legal documents, including contracts, agreements and leases
- Conducting due diligence to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk
- Ensuring client matters and progressed effectively and records are maintained and updated
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the care management system
- Working collaboratively as part of a team, to assist colleagues where needed
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Further duties as required
The Salary:
c. £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
The Hours:
9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (flexibility for hybrid-working following completion of probationary period). Part-time hours could be considered for the right candidate.
About You:
You will have previous experience in Commercial Property law, holding Solicitor/CILEX qualification or equivalent. As a Commercial Property Lawyer will be able to demonstrate a commitment to keeping up to date with legal developments. You will be able to work accurately and independently, maintaining high levels of confidentiality and providing advise to a broad client base.
