Key Information:

This firm has an outstanding reputation for client services in and around Milton Keynes and Northampton and are looking to add to their ever impressive Commercial Property team. Duties for this role would include:

Creating licenses for assignment, underletting, and alterations, as well as handling the acquisition of commercial properties under various conditions, including those with vacant possession and subject to leases and tenancies. Conducting comprehensive assessments of title, searches, and leases. Managing the sale of commercial properties and land. Representing both lenders and borrowers in refinancing transactions. Serving the interests of both landlords and tenants in negotiating new leases, drafting renewal leases, and overseeing sales of auction properties. This includes crafting special conditions of sale and addressing considerations like the right of first refusal, along with serving appropriate notices to qualifying tenants for freehold properties. Drafting Option and Overage Agreements and navigating through s106 Agreements. Providing legal representation for companies, including offshore entities, and individuals, irrespective of whether they are tenants or landlords.
