SalaryTop Legal 500 law firm with offices across London and Essex are currently recruiting a Commercial Property Legal Secretary due to growth within the team in their offices on the East London/ Essex border.
Minimum of 5 years solid experience in Commercial Property and/or Residential property experience with some experience in Commercial Property will be considered.
This is a full time, office based role with experience of -
- Assisting fee earners within a Commercial Property department and have experience of assisting with commercial sales and purchases
- Have experience in dealing with completion statements
- Minimum of 65 wpm
- Photocopying, opening of files on the case management system and any other administrative tasks as required.
- Complying with all policies and procedures of the Firm as published in the Office Manual, or other media
Person Specification:
- Minimum of 5 years in Commercial Property and/or Residential property experience with some experience in Commercial Property will be considered.
- Able to work under pressure
Salary is in the region of £28,000 with some wiggle room for more experienced candidates.
