Commercial Property - Legal Secretary

I am currently working with a well regarded top firm looking for a Legal Secretary to join their expanding Commercial Property team based in Guildford. The Commercial Property team are experts in all matters relating to transactions, servicing a wide range of clients from a variety of industry sectors. This role is to play a crucial role in supporting lawyers from across the department. Your duties will include, acting as the point of contact for clients and providing updates, supporting with submitting land registrations and searches, file opening and closing, you will also be assisting the partner with diary management. My client is looking for someone with previous experience as a Commercial PropertyLegal Secretary, professional communication, excellent organisational skills and a willingness help support others across the team.
