We have a new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretaryto provide support to a busy Commercial Property department of a Lexcel and CQS accredited, Legal 500-listed law firm, based on the outskirts of Coventry. Own transport is essential due to the office location. Free parking is available on site.
The role will involve:
- Provision of secretarial and administrative support to a busy Commercial Property team
- Preparing correspondence and legal documents through audio typing and copy typing
- Using the land registry portal
- Liaising with clients in person, via email and via telephone
- Using a legal case management system
Suitable candidates will have:
- Sound working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience working as a Commercial Property secretary for a law firm
- Experience of using a legal case management system
- Experience of using the land registry portal
- An understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements including CML, CQS, SRA and anti-money laundering
This is a full-time permanent job working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is fully office-based and is offered with free parking on site and a range of benefits including:
