Think Office Recruitment is excited to be representing a well established and successful client based Dudley.
They are looking for an exceptional Legal Secretary who has confident communication skills, good attention to detail and able to work using their own initiative in a busy department.
This is a stand alone role supporting two solicitors
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for all visitors/ calls
- Ensure all dictation requirements are checked regularly and processed in order of priority
- Maintain filing systems and archiving
- Audio Typing
- Complete all administration tasks and track progress through to completion
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate diaries and book travel
- Creating and amending template documents
- Photocopying, scanning and printing as required
- Postal responsibilities
- Manage queries and ensure all messages receive a timely response
Person Specification
- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and dependable
- Conscientious, approachable and enthusiastic
