A Regional Property Manager required to join a real estate investment company who operate mainly in the Health-care sector. You will be part of a small property management team that looks after the needs of their customers in existing buildings.
The team manages all aspects of property management including, lease renewals, rent reviews / collection, contract negotiation, FM / H&S.
This is a remote role with travel to sites across the Midlands / South West.
Description
Working directly for the lanlord you will be responsible for all tenant related issues for a property portfolio of up to 70 properties across the Midlands / South West. This is a customer facing role with travel to sites across the Midlands / South West.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure all landlord and tenant lease obligations are adhered to
- Carry out periodic property inspections
- Lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews
- Debt recovery
- Management of service charge and any non-recoverable cost budgets and schedules
- Managing an outsourced FM service provider
Profile
- Minimum 5 years in a Property / Asset Management position
- Track record of managing a multi site property portfolio
- Experience actioning service charges / debt recovery / contract alterations
- Knowledge of H&S, compliance, building regulations
- Lease renewals / rent agreements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience managing service charges
- Health care sector experience would be advantageous
- RICS accreditation (desirable but not essential)
Job Offer
- £60,000 - 65,000
