Are you a Commercial Property Manager / Surveyor looking for an immediately available, long term, days based contract role for a leading Public Sector organisation where an immediate start is available?
Due to an ever increasing workload my client who is a leading Public Sector Company is now looking Property Manager / Surveyor with experience in managing Commercial Properties, such as, Offices, Shops, Business Units etc.
In this role you will be managing my client's Commercial Property portfolio where will you undertake the valuations and negotiations in connection with the grant of leases, tenancies and licences, rent reviews, lease renewals, property disposal and acquisition, insurance, rating assessments and lease re-gears.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager / Surveyor with experience managing commercial properties, who is also looking for an immediately available, long term, days based contract role where hybrid working is available.
The Role:
Managing a portfolio of commercial propertiesMonitor, guide and assist the Assistant Estates Surveyors in progressing their own work caseload and, where appropriate, assist in training and professional development.Immediately available, days based, long term contract roleThe Person:
