A leading law firm based in the heart of Manchester city centre are looking for a paralegal to join their Commercial Property team. The successful candidate will have experience working within a property department.
The role will involve supporting the department including attending meetings and taking notes, preparing stamp duty forms, completion statements and invoices. You will also be obtaining title documents; submitting searches; producing draft transaction documentation and drafting replies to enquiries and drafting with pre‐completion requisitions.
The role will also include an administration duties needed to support the department.
