A well-established and respected legal practice based in North London is currently seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their firm. The Clinical Negligence team is dedicated to providing expert advice and justice for those that have suffered from Medical Negligence. 
The successful candidate will be pivotal in championing the rights of clients who have suffered harm due to medical negligence, offering an opportunity to work on challenging cases and make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives.
Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough investigations into potential Clinical Negligence cases.
2. Collaborate with medical experts, compile evidence, and construct robust cases for clients.
3. Provide clear legal advice, explaining client rights and guiding them through the legal process.
4. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when required.
5. Stay abreast of legal developments, medical advancements, and industry trends related to Clinical Negligence.

Qualifications:

1. Legal qualifications: LLB and LPC (or equivalent).
2. Admitted as a Solicitor by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
3. NQ and above experience in Clinical Negligence or medical malpractice law.
4. In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and the UK healthcare system.
5. Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills.
6. Proven success in handling Clinical Negligence cases.
