Salary Join a Top-Ranked Firm as a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor
My client is a top-ranking defendant law firm, and they are looking to recruit a NQ – 4 year PQE Solicitor to join their expanding healthcare department in Cardiff.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to run Clinical Negligence claims for a range of defendant clients, including NHSR and private healthcare clients, as well as assisting Partners and other senior members with their high value caseload. You’ll be working on a wide range of matters, from cerebral palsy to birth injuries, incorrect diagnosis, and fatal claims. You also can get involved in inquest and advisory work.
My client will ensure that you will receive the best training from experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitors. You will be able to pursue an area that you are particularly interested in. For example, if you have a strong interest in Cerebral Palsy claims, you will receive training from other experienced Solicitors to allow you to become an expert in that particular area. This is a more junior role so to be considered you will need to be NQ- 4 years PQE. It is an excellent opportunity for a NQ Solicitor that enjoyed Clinical Negligence in their TC or for a claimant solicitor looking to get into defendant work.
Salary starts at £45,000 for NQ Solicitors. There is also a hybrid working policy of 2 days in the office a week and 3 days WFH.
