Clinical Negligence Solicitor

My client, a regional law firm, are looking for recruit a 5 year + PQE Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their grown team in Coventry.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own caseload that will consist of high-value multi-track claims some valued in excess of 1m. you will be working alongside some highly experienced specialist Lawyers as well as having the opportunity to lend your experience to the junior members of the team.
Every fee earner will work with their own dedicated secretary to ensure the smoothest progression of your files. There is also a policy of the Partners not acquiring the high value files, files are handed out fairly and assistance will be leant form other team members where necessary.
The ideal candidate will come from a claimant background and be at least 5 years qualified, with experience running their own high value, litigated Clinical Negligence caseload.
Salary will be £65,000 DOE plus a generous bonus scheme of 20% Of all fees over target, holidays equalling 35 days including back holidays, 2 days WFH per week.
