Due to expansion, my client is looking for an associate Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a dedicated team. You will be advising NHS resolution, NHS trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals and practitioners on Clinical Negligence claims. You will also advise on medical insurance cover and represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews.

You will have over a year’s experience managing your own caseload of defendant Clinical Negligence files, as well as a good knowledge of the Clinical Negligence litigation process and civil procedure rules. You will have a keen eye for detail, an empathetic manner, as well as a client-centric attitude to your work.
