You will be joining a law firm with a modern approach, working with a friendly property team.
Supporting the Residential Property Department, you will be:
- Assisting with administrative work
- Working on interesting conveyancing matters
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and other departments
The interesting Residential Conveyancing matters you will work on include:
- Freehold and leasehold
- Sales and purchases
- Completions and post completions
The successful candidate will have:
- 12 months experience in Residential Conveyancing
- Good academic results ie 2:1 in their LLB and ideally from a reputable university
