Join a Top-Ranked Firm as a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor 
My client, a Top Tier ranking firm in the Legal 500, is seeking a talented 1 - 5 year PQE Solicitor to join their expanding Band 1 Healthcare department. 
In this role, you will have the opportunity to run Clinical Negligence claims for a range of defendant clients, including NHS Resolution, private insurers, private sector health and social care providers, as well as assisting Partners and other senior members with their high value caseload. There will also be opportunities to get involved in business development and develop strong relationships with their leading clients. You’ll be working on a wide range of matters, from cerebral palsy to birth injuries, incorrect diagnosis, and fatal claims.

You will also be working alongside some of the best healthcare lawyers, many of those are recognised for their influence within the sector.
The ideal candidate should have a background in defendant Clinical Negligence. However, defendant high value PI or claimant Clinical Negligence Solicitors from other top-tier firms will also be considered.
Salary will be £48,000 - £65,000 DOE + bonus, 25 days holiday with option to buy 5, my client is also very flexible with the amount of time you will need to spend in the office and will be fit around your needs. Benefits include private medical insurance, a generous pension and life assurance.
