My client, a regional firm based in the Midlands, is looking to recruit a
Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their accredited
Clinical Negligence team.
You will be joining a team of 6 Lawyers along with support staff and working on a varied caseload of around 40 files that range from lower value misdiagnosis claims to higher value 6 figure claims. The firm have seen strong recent growth, leading to the need to recruit another Solicitor.
You will be joining a team of lawyers that come from various backgrounds, leading to a truly inclusive and supportive environment.
Work-life balance is important to my client with hybrid working of 2 days in the office a week and flexible working in place. Salary is £50,000 DOE. They also provide a range of fantastic incentives and benefits such as a bonus scheme, discounted legal fees and charity initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be 2 years PQE + and will need experience of running and managing their own caseload of
Clinical Negligence files, with some experience of litigated cases. The role is also perfect for someone with ambitions for progression and those with an interest in business development and wanting to provide support and supervise junior fee earners.
