This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal or Residential Property Paralegal that is wanting to move into Commercial Property.
My client is seeking an experienced Property Paralegal who has the ability to assist on a caseload of Commercial Property files. The successful candidate will have at least 12 months property experience. 
Required Skills and Responsibilities;
- Minimum of 12 months experience within Property 
- Bright and keen interest to develop in Commercial Property.
- experience with landlord/tenant, registrations, and straightforward sales/purchases.  
- Possesses outstanding client care skills
- Willing to undertake training in order to achieve career progression
