Vivid are working with a local authority in the South West who are looking to bring a Commercial Projects Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.
You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a 6 month rolling contract with a strong likelihood of extension.
Key responsibilities of the Commercial Projects Lawyer:
- Experience of major developments
- CPO Orders
- Section 278 & Section 38 agreements
- Stopping up orders
- Title Updates & Searches
- Charges on Land
- Easements & right of way orders
- Commercial Terms/Agreements
- Purchase & sale of land
