A historic Gloucester Law firm are looking to add an experienced Commercial Property fee earner due to steady and substantial growth within the firm. The ideal fee earner will have around 3PQE and will be stepping into a busy an active caseload of work.
Role Overview:
Stepping into an active and existing caseload of work, you will be dealing with all manners of Commercial Property matters can include:
- Sales and Purchases of Commercial Property
- Commercial Leases
The firm also operate for a number of clients across leisure, care and agricultural sectors and for investment properties allowing for a varied and interesting caseload of work

The firm pay very competitively in the region, whilst the salary banding is indicative, they are open to hearing about people's salary expectations and I would be happy to submit a potential candidate at their own salary expectations.

Working Pattern:
35 Hours Working week with, 5 chargeable hours a day
