Hours: Full Time, Hybrid.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Exec 2PQE +
* Experience managing Commercial Property Files - Essential
* Experience with Sales & Purchase Commercial Property files
* Track record of billing.
* Strong negotiation skills
* Excellent client relations skills
* Able to work to tight deadlines
* Proficient with all Microsoft & Office programmes

DAY TO DAY
* Provide legal services to clients in relation to general Commercial Property matters.
* Advise and liaise with clients on Commercial Property matters
* Negotiations
* Business Development
* Debt collection
* Be compliant with company standards.
