Commercial Property Solicitor

My client is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team, based at their Wymondham or Attleborough offices. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and ambitious solicitor, with the ambition and ability to bring in new clients.

The Role:

• Advising clients upon Commercial Property law matters.
• Ensuring clients are kept regularly informed on progress and costs.
• Taking responsibility for credit control on your own matters, including monitoring costs, aged depts, and aged disbursements.
• Supporting in developing business in existing and new clients.
• Leading and supporting your direct reports, and supporting other support staff.
• Attending departmental meetings.
• Being compliant in the requirements of the SRA.
• Managing and handling a wide variety of matters in a busy Commercial Property department.
• Negotiating and relationship building.
• Contributing to marketing and developing the team.

The Candidate:

• Has a minimum of 2+ years PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
• Has strong academics and good quality Commercial Property experience.
• Has excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Is a team player but self-motivated and able to work autonomously, pro-actively and with minimal supervision.
• Is able to demonstrate the ongoing use of own initiative.
• Is a confidential and professional individual, with high customer care levels.
• Works towards their continuous professional development.
