An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to work for a well established law firm based in Leatherhead, Surrey - Applications are welcome for those with 4+PQE Commercial property experience
Main Duties include:
- Managing the sale, purchase and lease of land or property
- Experience required for development, infrastructure and planning projects
- Managing property finance and investment
- Leasehold management
- Landlord and tenant
- The drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts
- Mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals
- Opportunity to grow and manage a commercial team
- Training junior members of staff
