Form of workWe are working with a Local Authority in the North East who are looking for an experienced locum Commercial Property lawyer to join their team!
The ideal candidate will be capable with autonomous working, dealing with mainly landlord and tenant matters.
The role:
- Full-time
- 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
- Weekly office attendance
- Rate: £50-55ph depending on candidate experience
- Must have prior local authority experience.
