We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team. Our ethos is based on building relationships which has resulted in a lot of long-standing clients that return to us for advice on a range of matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Buying and selling of Commercial Property
• Lease drafting
• Title investigation and Due Diligence
• Landlord and Tenant matters
• Off plan
• Development site set up

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience in Real Estate (qualification is desirable but not essential)

• Strong understanding of Commercial Property procedures and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently

• Proficiency in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
