Salary Job Title: Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (4 PQE+)
Location: North Liverpool
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a thriving team in Liverpool. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of Commercial Property matters and presents a structured progression route within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of general Commercial Property matters, including leasing, development agreements, and disposals.
Provide expert legal advice to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments within the firm to ensure a holistic approach to client service.
Assist in the mentoring and development of junior team members.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in Commercial Property law.
Proven experience in handling a wide range of Commercial Property transactions, including leasing, development agreements, and disposals.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
