Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client has two offices, and the successful candidate will be working from the heart of Liverpool. We are looking for an individual with experience with sales, acquisitions, agreements, preparation and negotiation of leases. You will take matters through from initial contact to completion and you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating, as required. Experience of dealing with S25 Notices is an advantage.

The successful candidate must:-

• Be highly organised and efficient;
• Be a technically competent and tactical solicitor with an ability to analyse risk and utilise commercial knowledge;
• Be passionate about the client experience and maintaining high standards of client care and quality service;
• Be able to work independently, but react well to guidance;
• Have a good, practical understanding of source of funds and AML requirements and be able to assess client requirements and deliver commercial solutions;
• Possess exceptional attention to detail;
• Be able to work within a fast paced environment, whilst managing priorities to meet deadlines; and
• To enjoy and understand the benefits of working in the office, with colleagues, in order to build and maintain relationships.

This role is a permanent, full-time role at 35 hours, however part-time applicants are welcome to apply.

My client offers a competitive salary based on experience. Ideally, the candidate would have 3 years PQE, however our client would consider all applicants who can demonstrate the right skills.
