The role entails being at the forefront of heavyweight Property Litigation, such as disputes over rent and service charge arrears, covenant breaches, and tribunal appeals, with an increasingly noted specialism in safety claims post-Grenfell. You're a property litigator of any level from NQ upwards, keen on technical legal challenges and wish to develop further in your legal career.
