Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor role:
- Handle a large and varied caseload of Commercial Property matters and associated transactions
- Support long-term clients with their legal needs and provide excellent customer service
- Establish new clients from business development and networking activities
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality work
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor role:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years of PQE in Commercial Property law
- Experience in dealing with a range of Commercial Property matters, such as leases, sales, purchases, development, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills
- Business acumen and a proactive approach to client care
