You will ideally be a Commercial Property Solicitor at NQ – 3 years’ PQE, that covers the full range of Commercial Property work and real estate development matters. The current team act for a number of regional house builders in site acquisition, RSL sales, joint ventures, infrastructure agreements and section 106 obligations. You will ideally also have a proven background in developing client relationships, business development and marketing.
