A leading Legal 500 law firm in Bishop's Stortford is looking for a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will support the growth and development of the firm. The Commercial Property department handles a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters such as Landlord and tenant, sale and purchase of freehold retail and industrial units, restaurants, pubs, offices, shops, sale and purchase of small businesses and site assembly.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will:
* Managing a caseload of Commercial Property work involving freehold and leasehold transactions, development agreements, acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, finance and security documents and reports
* Providing corporate support
* Face-to-face contact with clients and referrers
* Active role in business development
The Commercial Property Solicitor will have:
* Up to 3 years PQE with a general Commercial Property background
* You must be commercially aware, have good client care skills, an eye for detail and knowledge of document and practice management systems
* You must also have a proven background in developing client relationships, business development and marketing
