Salary: £45k - £60k + Excellent Benefits

Full - Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:15pm

The Client:

Our client is a respected law firm committed to personalised service, theyre investing in growth, technology, and client-focused practices.

The Role:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be managing a diverse caseload including consortium agreements, charity property transactions, planning agreements, and property financing

Responsibilities:

-Handle option agreements, overage or development clawback agreements, and easements/right of way.
-Maintain an organised file management system, ensuring compliance with specified timescales.
-Stay updated with continuing professional development requirements.

Requirements:

-Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive, or in a similar role.
-At least 4 years' PQE as a solicitor.
-Background in business development.
-Skilled in IT.
