THE ROLE:
A well-established firm has an exciting opportunity that has become available for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to handle a broad range of Commercial Property matters. You will liaise closely with the team, providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all areas of Commercial Property. Your duties will include advising clients on a range of development and real estate matters to include plot sales, infrastructure agreements, conditional contracts, commercial landlord and tenant work. It will be an exciting opportunity for the selected candidate to join a busy property department with extensive experience in advising across the full range of Commercial Property legal matters. The successful candidate will be exceptional at building lasting working relationships with clients and will have a demonstrable drive to contribute to the Commercial Property team's ongoing success.
THE CANDIDATE:
Our client is seeking a solicitor with 5 + years’ PQE and experience in dealing with a diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters. The firm requires an ambitious individual with excellent communication skills to ensure the best service is delivered. The appointed Legal Professional will be a team player with a genuine ‘can do’ attitude and a proven track record of taking initiative in your previous roles. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike.
