Job Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client's Huddersfield office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commercial acumen, excellent client relationship skills, and an ambitious drive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters
- Providing high quality legal advice to a range of clients, including landlords, tenants, investors and developers
- Negotiating commercial leases, sales, purchases and property development agreements
- Participating in business development activities to help expand the firm's client base.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong technical knowledge in all aspects of Commercial Property
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle a high-volume caseload
- Proven track record for business development and client relationship management.
