JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ+
LOCATION: Cheshire (Commutable from: Congleton, Crewe, Nantwich, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke, Whitchurch)
THE ROLE:
Our client is looking for an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to join their in-demand department. The role will see the successful Commercial Property Solicitor involved in all aspects of Property law, advising local business and investors and agricultural businesses. The team are on the panels of several major organisations and trusts, which ensures a broad range of interesting work is on offer. You will also be encouraged to work with the directors in marketing and business development on behalf of the team and firm, building new and nurturing existing client relationships.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from recently qualified Commercial Property Solicitors who trained with another leading regional law firm. You will have excellent communication skills, able to engage with a broad range of clients within the commercial and rural communities, bringing commercial acumen along with your legal and technical skills.
