Excellent opportunity to join a global brand and their industry leading Real Estate team in their London office. The practice is diverse and ranked in the Legal 500 and chambers.
The team act for developers, investors, national housebuilders, landowners, and have strong relationships with major housing associations.
This position is ideally suited to a dynamic lawyer with general Commercial Real Estate transactional experience to advise clients, nationally and abroad.
Requirements
- Commercial Real Estate solicitor with at least 3 years PQE.
- Must have solid transactional experience with good exposure to acquisitions & disposals, and landlord/tenant advice.
- Proven experience in advising on residential developments.
- Exceptional academics and experience gained within a top tier practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
