Commercial Sales Executive – Hybrid!

We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our fantastic commercial team. Not only will
you be developing customer relationships, but you will contribute to the success of our factories by planning and implementing
commercial activities with precision and timeliness.
You will liaise between our customers and internal systems, ensuring alignment with deadlines for orders, product launches,
promotions, and various processes such as NPD and EPD.
This is a hybrid role working 2/3 days in one of our site locations (flexible on location) and from home.

What you will be doing:
* Build, develop and sustain relationships with prestigious customers, including external requests direct from the customer, so
an attitude of "excellent Customer service" is a must!
* Assist the commercial team in successfully delivering Commercial and NPD agenda
* Plan workload, identify opportunities and work to deadlines, to ensure efficient and effective communication
* Produce Promotional briefs, New Product Launch briefs and New Line Forms
* Accurate management and updating of the Customer price file
* Resolve Invoice and debit note queries
* Co-ordinate and produce accurate customer forecasts for the business alongside the commercial team, you will strive to
continuously improve the level of forecasting accuracy across the channel.
* Support the on-boarding process of new customers into the business ensuring every client touch-point is a first class
experience.
* Collect, prepare and distribute monthly relevant commercial reports, presentations and other correspondence as needed.
* Support the organisation of customer meetings, visits and exhibitions and attend relevant customer meetings to grow your
experience and enhance relationships.
