DAY TO DAY:
Amending documents
Diary Management
Booking meetings
Updating and maintaining databases
Scanning and preparing documentation
General administration ie. filing, faxing, photocopying etc
THE IDEAL APPLICANT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:
Experience in Commercial Law departments ideally
- Strong Audio Typing experience
Solid experience as Legal Secretary
Previous experience within a similar role working supporting Solicitors
Excellent typing speeds
Efficient diary management skills
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to work on own initiative
