Commercial Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage service bay allocations.
- Provide accurate estimates of service costs and timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Actively update customers on the progress of their vehicles.
- Proven track record in a high-expectation service industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer contact and support.
- Prior experience in automotive service operations or equivalent service-centric roles.
- Proficient in basic technical aspects and service parts understanding.
- Familiarity with commercial and connected vehicles.
- Knowledge of Heavy Goods Vehicles compliance (basic understanding).
- Familiarity with service-related applications (DMS, XENTRY Products).
