Commercial Service Advisor - Truck and Van Dealership Milton Keynes

• £25,000 basic salary + Bonus
• £30,000 OTE
• Monday to Friday, flexible on start and finish times 
• 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am - 1:00pm

Commercial Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage service bay allocations.
• Provide accurate estimates of service costs and timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Actively update customers on the progress of their vehicles.

Skills / Qualifications required:

• Proven track record in a high-expectation service industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer contact and support.
• Prior experience in automotive service operations or equivalent service-centric roles.
• Proficient in basic technical aspects and service parts understanding.
• Familiarity with commercial and connected vehicles.
• Knowledge of Heavy Goods Vehicles compliance (basic understanding).
• Familiarity with service-related applications (DMS, XENTRY Products).
