Commercial Solicitor

Absolute Executive Search are delighted be working with a well-established Legal 200 firm who are looking to appoint a Commercial Solicitor into their Manchester team. The Solicitor that joins this team will conduct work for a wide range of clients across all sectors. The suitable candidate can come from either a private practice background or in-house.
Key Responsibilities:-

• Acting as out-sourced in-house counsel for clients.
• Acting for small and medium sized enterprises along with owner managed businesses on a national scale.
• Providing advice from first principle stages.
• Identifying clients needs in relation to commercial propositions prior to engaging with clients and suppliers.

Requirements:-

• 5 + years PQE considered.
• Good Knowledge of commercial contracts and advisory matters.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Good customer service skills and able to develop long standing client relationships.
• Qualified in England & Wales.

Salary is negotiable dependent on experience and this role can be either on hybrid work from home basis or full time in the office.
