Our client is a renowned international law firm which specialises in many areas of law, including construction, infrastructure, dispute resolution, employment, and tax, and has offices in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
They now seek an experience Commercial Solicitor to join their Commercial Team in Edinburgh.
As their Commercial Solicitor, you will collaborate with the wider Commercial and Data Protection teams in other UK offices. You will be involved in a variety of work such as IT outsourcing and cloud arrangements, preparing and negotiating commercial contracts, and managing data protection and intellectual property matters.
Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of strong commercial experience
- Experience in various sectors such as: retail & consumer, financial services, aviation, digital, or health
- Excellent academic background
- Outstanding technical skills
- Strong commercial awareness
