Job Description
Premier Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a well established and international organisation based in Dartford to recruit a Commercial Support Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting position. Full-time and permanent role.
nJob purpose:
nThe successful candidate will manage the local commercial back office activities, which includes communications between local, corporate, and external logistics providers.

- Managing customer information in SAP such as prices and quotation rules n
- Managing the complete consignment stock process including invoicing and stock takes n
- Manage spare parts for engineers including full control of the process in SAP and stock takes n
- Manage order processing activities, such as credit/debit notes, service orders and technical support for web portal. n
- Manage logistic providers n
- Purchase orders n
- Manage local invoicing n
- Report local KPIs n
- Management of the invoicing and goods receipt process n
- First point of contact for the third party order processing provider n
- Second level assistance to customers n
Experience:
n- n
- Experience in Customer Service n
Technical Competencies:
n- n
- Apply knowledge of computing systems and software structure. n
- SAP ERP knowledge is essential. Currently SAP ERP 6.0 being used. n
- Experience in using Microsoft Office package especially Microsoft Excel. n
