Commercial Support Specialist

Job Description

Premier Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a well established and international organisation based in Dartford to recruit a Commercial Support Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting position. Full-time and permanent role.

Job purpose:

The successful candidate will manage the local commercial back office activities, which includes communications between local, corporate, and external logistics providers.

n
• Managing customer information in SAP such as prices and quotation rules
n
• Managing the complete consignment stock process including invoicing and stock takes
n
• Manage spare parts for engineers including full control of the process in SAP and stock takes
n
• Manage order processing activities, such as credit/debit notes, service orders and technical support for web portal.
n
• Manage logistic providers
n
• Purchase orders
n
• Manage local invoicing
n
• Report local KPIs
n
• Management of the invoicing and goods receipt process
n
• First point of contact for the third party order processing provider
n
• Second level assistance to customers
n

Experience:

n
• Experience in Customer Service
n

Technical Competencies:

n
• Apply knowledge of computing systems and software structure.
n
• SAP ERP knowledge is essential. Currently SAP ERP 6.0 being used.
n
• Experience in using Microsoft Office package especially Microsoft Excel.
n
