The firm's ideal candidate will have broad commercial contracts experience alongside the following credentials:
- Sound academics
- The ability to work with entrepreneurial businesses and provide innovative, consultative and creative solutions
- Previous Commercial Technology contracts experience is desirable (but not essential)
- A good understanding of intellectual property and data protection matters is desirable.
