We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our team at Benoli and Bar Cerdita. We offer a casual dining experience serving Spanish inspired tapas at Bar Cerdita. At Benoli, we offer fresh pasta made daily, we are also included in the prestigious Michelin guide.
3 1/2 day working week guaranteed + great tips approx £400-£500 per month.
- Run by owner Oliver Boon, he provides training for chefs at all the levels. He has 10 years training in London for some of the best chefs in the country. The list include, Bryn Williams, Gordon Ramsay and finally Michel Roux Jr. and Albert Roux at the Landau where he was head chef.
- Beth Mackay, our head chef at Bar Cerdita, has been with us since Benoli's inception in 2019 and leads the kitchen with a wealth of knowledge and trains each chef to high standards.
- Joe Coffey, our head chef at Benoli, has also been with us for many years, and offers great training to all new starters.
- We are recruiting a relatively experienced Commis Chef who has a genuine passion for their job and food. This would be a great place to learn and develop your skills.
- There will be opportunities to progress within the kitchen
- There are opportunities to work in both Bar Cerdita and Benoli Restaurant
