Boston House is a new fine dining restaurant in Norwich City Centre. We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our small friendly team. Our new restaurant will offer excellent customer service along with food that focuses on local and seasonal ingredients.
Open four days a week, we understand the importance for our employees to have a good work life balance
Experience as a Commis Chef is desirable, not essential with the correct attitude and enthusiasm towards food! Training will be given
Duties and responsibilities
-Assisting the head chef and other chefs with preparation
-Utilising produce, ensuring minimal waste
-Adhere to all Food safety and Health and safety regulations
-Able to work on your own as well as within a team
-Positive, can-do attitude
-Great time keeping, arriving to work on time as well as carrying out jobs in an efficient timely manner
-Reliable
This position is for 30-35 hours a week, over 3-4 days
